Professional RV Roof Cleaning & Sealing — Florida
Don't wait for a leak. Florida sun, humidity, and mold degrade RV roofs faster than anywhere else. Professional cleaning and UV sealing protects your most critical surface.
Why Florida is the Worst State for RV Roof Health
A $300 roof cleaning can prevent $15,000 in interior water damage repairs. Here is what your roof is battling.
UV Membrane Degradation
Florida's year-round UV index causes rubber (EPDM) and TPO roofing membranes to dry out, crack, and shrink at the seams — the very first step toward catastrophic water infiltration.
Mold & Black Streaks
Humidity and heavy rainfall create ideal conditions for algae and organic buildup. When this washes off the roof, it runs down your coach creating permanent black streaks on the sidewalls.
Seal Failure
RV roof vents, air conditioners, and skylight seals are the #1 source of water damage. Regular professional cleaning serves as an early warning system for cracking caulk and lifting seals.
The Cleaning & Sealing Process
We use material-specific products (EPDM vs. TPO vs. Fiberglass) to safely clean without stripping the manufacturer's protectants.

Definitely a 5 Star experience. I was referred to Jason from a coworker. I knew nothing about ceramic coating and called several businesses and asked a lot of questions. In the end I chose polished to perfection because I felt that they were the most upfront and informative. I had the coating put on my vehicle 3 weeks ago, and took it back to have it washed for the first time yesterday. I was educated on products, tools and how to care for my vehicle. I highly recommend Polished to Perfection.Posted on Google Julian KimTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Was very prompt, professional. Came and did our airstream flying cloud and did it very well. Highly recommend.Posted on Google Juli HTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had such a great experience today getting my new Bronco sport ceramic coated. First and foremost, they were extremely communicative, arrived right on time, and did the entire thing out of my driveway/garage. Sometimes it’s the little things that make a big difference: they bring their own water tank, are very respectful, don’t leave a mess while they’re working, and are informative and kind. He noticed scrapes and bumps on my (literally 1 week old) new car and buffed them out perfectly! I can’t say enough good things.Posted on Google Zachariah AbuegTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. It is hard to live up to a name like Polished 2 Perfection. AND THESE PEOPLE DID IT! I needed an interior detailing because my car had a growing odor from a very heavy rain day. When I was first calling around, the first company I called quoted me $5,000! I just couldn't do that. When I came around to Polished 2 Perfection, they first offered to do a free, at-home inspection before quoting me. They came and took a quick look, and quoted me $225. Not bad at all! For a thorough detailing of my car, and a promise from the inspector himself that the odor would be able to be removed, I was happy with spending $225. When it came time to do my appointment, I brought my car over and waited in the lounge. They have a nice and simple lounge, with a few chairs and WiFi, and it was just right for me to get some work done. Meanwhile, I knew they were working hard outside. And eventually, they were able to finish in 3 hours. 3 hours!!! And y'all, listen: They. Took. Care of me. The end result of their cleaning was absolutely amazing. Stunning. Spectacular. They cleaned it so well, you could eat off of the floors. The mats, the chairs, the dashboard, the doors. Every. Nook. And. Cranny. Clean! Clean! Clean! They did an absolutely amazing job. And to top it all off, they sprayed it with a beautiful "clean laundry" type scent, that made it smell lovely. Heavenly. And simply: clean. As for the odors from the rain: they were gone. And the next day it was gone. And the next week it was gone. And the next month it was gone. It stayed GONE. These people are the real deal. When you want your car cleaned, you come to these people. When I want my car cleaned, I will come to these people. Life is simple. Just come to these people. Don't overthink it. Their work speaks for itself. The fact that in 3 hours they (1) finished their hard work, (2) cleaned my car impeccably, (3) eliminated the odor that had been building up, and (4) topped it off with a scent that smells so fresh that you're just smiling cheek to cheek for the rest of the day? REAL! DEAL! Do yourself a favor: get your car cleaned by these people. Because when you live up to perfection, there is nothing left to be said.Posted on Google Salvador BatlleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Took my car here to get the ceramic pro 9h gold package and boy oh boy im impressed. My car came out looking better than when I bought it. Honest people here. They go the extra mile to make sure everything gets done the way you want it. Will definetly be bringing more vehicle to them. Thank you guys.Posted on Google Charlie CreamerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Unbelievable service!!! I’m calling around for detailing for a dirty car I bought. Everywhere is super expensive and not available. I call P2P and their price was great and they could fit me in the next day. I was worried that the pricing was too affordable to have the detailing as good as I was wanting. Couldn’t be more wrong. The car was literally polished to perfection. They were super friendly too. I had my wife’s van tinted as well. Absolutely couldn’t be more pleased with the quality and result. I’ll be returning for any other work I need done.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust. RV Roof Cleaning FAQs
Due to Florida's UV intensity and humidity, a professional roof cleaning every 6–12 months is highly recommended. RVs stored outdoors or in heavily wooded areas should be serviced more frequently.
Yes. We use rubber-safe, EPDM-appropriate cleaners that remove mold, mildew, and organic buildup without stripping the protective coating from the membrane. Harsh household cleaners will destroy EPDM over time.
Black streaks are mold, algae, and oxidized organic debris that originate on the roof. During the rain, this runoff flows down the sides. Cleaning the roof surface — not just scrubbing the walls — is the only way to stop them from recurring.
Yes. During every roof service, we do a visual inspection of vent, AC, and skylight seals. We flag any areas showing early cracking or lifting so you know exactly what needs attention before water gets inside.
